Graphical Life, Tower and Wall Indicators

I replaced the numeric Life indicator with discrete images (hearts) because it will always be a small but important number. For the Tower and Wall indicators I replaced the label text with a graphical icon surrounded by a radial progress gauge, however here I kept the numeric indicator, because I think it's useful to see both the progress (part of the whole) and the specific value (which can be double digits).
