Tower distribution and hover text

I didn't like how the towers would cluster together, so now the map generation enforces a rule that towers can't be touching each other. Also changed the generation algorithm to create a set number of towers at random coordinates, instead of randomly choosing at each coordinate whether a tower will be built.
I also added a hover tip to show the cost of towers and walls, which is colored based on whether you can afford the repair cost.
